Key Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients; support timely clinical decisions
- Assist with orthopedic exams, procedures, and related clinical workflows
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Deliver pre- and post-operative education to promote recovery, mobility, and function
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, advanced practitioners, therapists, and support staff
- Use advanced technology and document care accurately in the EMR
- Active RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-based environment
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and common clinical technology
- Compassionate, patient-focused communication and care
