Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Resource Team in Little Rock, AR. You will provide safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and Baptist Health training, delivering compassionate support with strong clinical thinking.
The role requires CPR and 18+ months of RN experience (one year in the specified specialty). BSN is preferred, with opportunities to float to other units as needed. Day shift, 06:30–19:00, 72 hours bi-weekly.
