If you bring luxury retail experience, attentive observation, and polished customer service, this is an opportunity to put those strengths to work in a professional boutique setting.

• $23.00 per hour.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities in Livermore, California.
• Anticipated assignment start:
  November 16–20, 2026, subject to final confirmation and onboarding.
• Assignments support store coverage throughout the week, including weekends. Individual workdays, shift times, and weekly hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.
• Exact worksite details will be provided before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assist at the entrance, provide directions, and connect guests with store associates.
• Maintain a visible, courteous security presence while monitoring entrances, exits, and store activity.
• Observe and promptly report safety concerns, suspicious activity, and incidents to store management and your supervisor.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Support emergency response in accordance with training, company policies, and site instructions.
• Work closely with store staff while maintaining professional boundaries and protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail experience and confidence working with customers, store employees, and managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and a calm approach to challenging situations.
• Reliable attendance and availability for the schedule agreed upon during hiring.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including standing and observing activity for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Completion of required screening, site orientation, and post-order training before assignment.

Professional Appearance

• Required uniform: black suit, black shirt, black tie, black socks, black lace-up business shoes, and black leather belt.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance. Reasonable accommodations are available.

Safety & Operational Expectations

• This is an unarmed, observe-and-report assignment focused on customer service and de-escalation.
• Do not accuse, confront, chase, or detain suspected shoplifters. Report concerns promptly and follow approved response procedures.
• Remain attentive and follow site rules for personal phone use and professional conduct.
• Coordinate breaks and relief with the designated supervisor; do not leave an assigned post without authorization or relief.
• Follow store access procedures and communicate clearly with the team throughout your shift.
