Audit Senior

Our client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing audit and assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of audit assignments, support junior staff, and work closely with managers and partners across a varied client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver audit assignments from planning through to completion

* Prepare and review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP/IFRS

* Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit juniors

* Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits

* Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations

* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and professional standards

Requirements

* ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist

* Minimum [2–3] years’ experience in external audit within practice

* Strong technical accounting and audit knowledge

* Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office
