Join to apply for the Volunteer Administration Support role at Change Grow Live
We are a free and confidential service for adults (18+) in Liverpool who are experiencing difficulties with substances. We believe everyone has the ability to make positive changes. We work with individuals, families, carers, and professionals to offer support that’s right for you. Whether you need one-to-one help, group sessions, or access to medication and treatment, we're here for you.
Volunteers play a crucial role in helping us bring our vision to life and deliver our services effectively. Their dedication strengthens the quality, reach, and accessibility of our support, allowing us to help even more people.
As a Volunteer Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the service, ensuring all communication between staff, service users and partner agencies runs smoothly. This includes answering calls and directing enquiries. You will be a valued member of the administration team supporting them in various administrative roles including booking appointments, sending letters and general office duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning.
On-the-job training will be provided – all you need is an organised approach and a willingness to learn.
This role is based in our Croxteth North hub.
- Interviews will take place towards the last two weeks of February 2026
- Training will start on the third week of March (1 day per week for 6 weeks)
