Temporary Administrator – Recruitment Support (12 Weeks, Possible Extension)

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide extra support to our busy team. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with the potential to be extended or become longer term.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process across a high-volume environment — handling up to 80 vacancies per week. Working on the Talos recruitment system, you’ll ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Manage recruitment administration across multiple live vacancies.

Update and maintain applicant records on Talos.

Support hiring managers with interview coordination and candidate communication.

Ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation.

Assist with general HR and recruitment admin tasks as required.

2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment administration or HR support role.

Confident using applicant tracking systems (ideally Talos).

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Competitive salary equivalent to £26,000 per annum (pro rata).

Flexible hybrid working – office-based on Wednesdays.
