Job Purpose

As an Account Manager CP&S within Amcor Flexibles EMEA, you will be a key driver of growth and retention across our UK and Ireland accounts. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Growth Accounts Central/Northern Europe, you will manage a diverse portfolio spanning Coffee, Petcare, and Specialty segments. You will lead strategic account initiatives, partner closely with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, R&D, and Operations teams, and deliver actionable, long‑term growth plans for your accounts.

Accountabilities Develop and Execute Strategic Account Plans
  • Turn customer needs into actionable account strategies.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to implement aligned plans.
Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships
  • Map key decision makers and influencers for strategic alignment.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand needs and position Amcor as a trusted partner.
Drive Business Growth Through Opportunity Identification
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to expand into new segments.
Monitor Performance and Ensure Operational Excellence
  • Track account performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to meet account expectations.
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable account plans and deliver results.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced, matrix organization.
