• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers
• Work closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver tailored solutions
• Support growth across manufacturing, engineering, defence, FMCG, and other stable markets

Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential – we value attitude and commercial instinct above all.
