They’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join the growing Pre-Construction team, pricing high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across the commercial, retail, leisure, and education sectors.

What You’ll Do

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing documents

* Analyse tender info, drawings, and specifications

* Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotes

* Support value engineering, cost planning, and Contractor Proposals

* Manage RFIs, tender clarifications, and submission deadlines

* Produce clear Tender Handover info for delivery teams

* Collaborate with design, procurement, and clients throughout the tender process

What You’ll Bring

* Proven estimating experience in fit out/refurbishment

* Strong construction knowledge and commercial awareness

* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tenders under pressure

* Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office

* Understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
