Building Surveyor

Position: Building Surveyor (Permanent)
A well-established property consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to join its Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience post-graduation who is keen to continue developing their career with structured training, professional support, and exposure to a wide variety of projects.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will:

Carry out building surveys, condition assessments, and compliance inspections
Support refurbishment and development projects through all stages
Assist with feasibility studies, funding applications, and cost assessments
Work alongside experienced surveyors, architects, and project managers
Build confidence in client-facing situations while being mentored by senior staff

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has 1-4 years' experience in building surveying (graduate or assistant level candidates encouraged to apply)
Is working towards APC / MRICS qualification (full support will be provided)
Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
Has a proactive, professional approach to problem-solving
