• Varied Project Scales:
  Our projects range in value from £0.5M to £5B, providing a broad spectrum of scale. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple procurement routes and forms of contract, ensuring an exciting and diverse workload.
• Supportive Team:
  Join a close‑knit team of 10‑12 professionals in Liverpool, backed by our wider QS team of around 20 talented individuals. We collaborate closely with our Manchester office, ensuring a holistic approach to project delivery and professional growth.
• Comprehensive Services:
  Our team provides a mix of Cost Management, Employer’s Agent, Fund Monitoring, and general commercial management for clients across both public and private sectors. Our work is broadly split 50/50 between pre‑ and post‑contract status, giving you exposure to all phases of project delivery.

• Leading Project Delivery:
  Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Managing Costs:
  Providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing costs effectively across all project stages.
• Interacting with Clients:
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
• Mentoring:
  Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborating:
