A regional building contractor in Liverpool seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract and possess qualifications equivalent to an MSc or BA (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. In this role, you will manage sub-contract packages and ensure best value during project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive candidates who can work independently and mentor a commercial team.

Contract is permanent with full-time hours.
