Senior Construction Manager – Liverpool
I am looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a £30m out‑patient clinic build as part of a Tier 1 contractor’s hospital project. The role requires overseeing a 3‑storey new build, including internal fit‑out, external landscaping and new roads.
- Lead multiple construction packages, coordinating stakeholders and driving programme, quality and safety to high standards.
- Manage site leadership, reporting to the project leadership team and ensuring delivery across all project phases.
- Maintain cost control, budgets and commercial performance throughout the build.
- Strong site or project‑management experience with a main contractor.
- A proven track record on complex refurbishment or new‑build schemes.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Transformation Project Manager – Construction – LiverpoolSeeking a Project Manager to lead a major business transformation initiative within a newly re‑formed construction division. The role involves shaping processes, systems and working practices for a large property portfolio.
- Map and redesign end‑to‑end construction, finance and operations processes.
- Design and implement a target operating model and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct gap analysis, support new solution roll‑out and define reporting requirements.
- Provide governance, RAID logs, stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
- Experience delivering business change or transformation projects.
- Strong process‑review, documentation and workshop skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or property sector, excellent stakeholder management.
- IT proficiency and familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or continuous‑improvement tools.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement (2 days per week in Liverpool) and a competitive salary of £50,000‑60,000 (DOE).
Subcontractor Quantity Surveyor – LiverpoolSupport all commercial aspects of subcontractor packages for a specialist contractor. Responsibilities include procurement, cost control, variations, disputes, site visits and commercial advice.
- Manage subcontractor budgets, valuations, interim and final accounts.
- Negotiate and manage claims and variations.
- Conduct site visits to confirm compliance and progress.
- Provide commercial advice to internal teams and clients.
- Proven QS experience managing subcontractors.
- In‑depth knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial procedures.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with MS Office and commercial software.
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Competitive salary £40,000‑65,000 plus benefits.
Senior Quantity Surveyor – DevelopmentLead cost management for a portfolio of residential and PBSA developments. Responsibilities cover feasibility, cost planning, budgeting, tendering, cash‑flow monitoring and final accounts.
- Produce feasibility reports and cost plans for development opportunities.
- Control budgets, monitor costs and deliver value engineering.
- Negotiate with contractors, administer JCT Design & Build contracts.
- Maintain cash‑flow forecasts and cost reporting.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years on a client‑side or consultancy role.
- MRICS preferred, strong JCT contract knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
