A growing regional building contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £15 Million new build apartment project in Liverpool. The role involves overseeing commercial and contractual requirements, financial performance management, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in commercial control, knowledge of Construction Contracts, and be able to commute to the North West of England daily.
