About the Company

An award winning contractor who are part of a multi faceted construction and property company. They are a fast growing fit out and refurbishment contractor, with 80% of their order book for 2026 already secured. They have an exciting pipeline of projects across retail, leisure, residential and commercial sectors.

Based at Head Office in Liverpool with site visits as appropriate. Quantity Surveyor duties on fit out, refurbishment schemes for key clients in the Retail, Commercial, Hospitality & Leisure sectors. You will join a small close knit team of dedicated professionals, working together to deliver projects on time and within budget, reporting to the Assossiated Director (Commercial).

Mainly fit out and refurbishment contracts, new build experience as well would be beneficial. Must be able to measure and have knowledge of producing quantities for schedule of works or bill production preferable. Run 2/3 projects value 100k up to £2million. Some estimating knowledge would be beneficial. Growing team, great time to join the business.

• Experience in working on 2+ schemes concurrently
• Leisure or Retail sector build, refurb or fitout experience
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to work as part of an ambitious and successful team
