We’re an innovate renewables & heating and compliance business, putting people and communities at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on commercial performance, project delivery and team development.

What you’ll do:

Lead commercial support across contracts

Manage budgets, forecasts & subcontractor procurement

Drive performance and ensure compliance

Support mobilisation of new contracts

What we’re looking for:

RICS membership or relevant degree (desirable)

Strong leadership & commercial acumen

Experience in social housing and or renewables works (preferred)

Excellent communication & analytical skills
