Are you a Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor looking for a new role Are you looking to be a Building Surveyor or Graduate Building surveor in well-established and growing SME multi-disciplined practice with a good mix of clients Are you confident in delivering a range of Building Surveyor duties across a variety of commercial property types
Kingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor to help service the ongoing demand for Building Surveys and the linked Projects that follow. As the ideal candidate you can be formally qualified , QBE or a graduate working towards your next phase. You will be confident of working independently on a range of , Building Surveys, Acquisition Surveys,Measured Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract administrations and Building Defect reports.
Your role will involve:
- Building Surveying, Acquisition Surveys.
- Design new build and refurbishment projects.
- Contract administrations
- Dilapidations, and Building Defect reports.
- Project Management
- Laser Scanning & traditional measured surveys
