Details
- Monday – Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00
- £25,000
- Liverpool L3
- Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands on training will provided.
- Liaising with our customers on the telephone and our SMARTRepair Technicians on the telephone.
- Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries.
- Dealing with incoming calls, email enquiries and Whats App messages all day.
- Making outgoing calls to customers and technicians to arrange appointments.
