This structural consultancy based in a relaxed studio in Liverpool is seeking to strengthen their drawing design team with the appointment of an experienced structural technician. The role will be working closely with the structural engineers, producing high quality design through to completion.

The projects include both permanent works and temporary works.

The role is fairly unique, with the company fully utilising both CAD and Revit in equal measure, working almost exactly 50/50 on projects across both systems.

To that end they are seeking a building structures technician who is capable of using both systems independently and is happy to continue using both systems on a daily basis. They are also able to consider technicians who are exclusively CAD‑based and willing to learn Revit.

They are looking for a technician who is adaptable and proactive, and who is happy to liaise with engineers, contractors and architects to deliver projects on time.
