This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a leading, award-winning engineering consultancy based in Liverpool. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be instrumental in managing and leading projects from concept through to construction. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing key elements of civil engineering, including highways, drainage, flood risk, earthworks, and technical master planning. You will have the chance to work on high-profile projects in Liverpool and the Wirral, which will leave a lasting legacy for the community.

In this role, you will:

· Take ownership of multiple projects, managing them from start to finish.

· Work closely with a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

· Lead on design, planning applications, drainage strategies, and S278 works.

· Engage with stakeholders and be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and quality.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with AutoCAD software and gain experience with technical approval processes such as S278, S104, and S38. If you have experience with Flood Risk Assessments, Civil 3D, or Hydraulic Design Software (Causeway Flow), that would be an added advantage, but we are primarily looking for someone with the right mindset and commitment to excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Proven consultancy experience.

· A strong track record in leading and managing projects.

· A focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.

· A clear path to Chartership, or you may already be a Chartered Engineer.
