You’ll collaborate with a variety of clients, supply chain partners, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cost‑effective, efficient, and value‑adding solutions from feasibility through to post‑contract and whole‑life costing/carbon accounting services.
Accountabilities- Hold client‑facing delivery roles with key customers for major projects in infrastructure and transportation, delivering best‑practice cost and commercial solutions.
- Bring cost and commercial management expertise to major projects, integrating multidisciplinary teams to supply value‑adding commercial solutions.
- Act as an ambassador for Arcadis digital controls solutions, leveraging data science and analytics for transformative and efficient digital cost control.
- Participate actively within Arcadis’ Global Cost & Commercial community, supporting growth and development of colleagues and industry partners.
- Qualified Quantity Surveying professional with experience across infrastructure, transportation, energy, and/or buildings sectors.
- Experience or qualifications in cost estimation / cost planning, tendering and procurement, contracts (mainly NEC, ideally NEC4 accredited), post‑contract cost control, whole‑life costing, and carbon quantification and reporting.
- Experience across the supply chain, including client‑side, consultant, contractor, and design perspectives.
- Experience through all stages of the project/programme life cycle: mobilisation, set‑up, delivery, handover, and benefits realisation.
- Holding a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Professional accreditation such as MRICS, MICES, or equivalent.
- NEC4 Practitioners accreditation is desirable.
