• Experience in probabilistic safety assessment modelling
• Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience

• Develop and maintain probabilistic safety assessment models for civil or naval applications
• Provide risk-informed safety advice to influence design and operational decisions
• Lead junior analysts and oversee quality of modelling outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and regulators to support safety case development

• Advanced PSA modelling using Risk Spectrum or Reliability Workbench
• Knowledge of nuclear licensing and authorising conditions
