Job Description

We are looking to appoint a Team Lead for the Liverpool office in the Ports Coastal and Offshore (PCO) team. As part of the senior leadership team, you will influence our future direction, drive project delivery, develop client relationships, and mentor the Liverpool team.

• Support development of the existing PCO Liverpool team and strengthen capabilities; act as focal point and support recruitment initiatives.
• Support Ports, Coastal and Offshore projects, win and lead delivery; support growth of project management and technical skills.
• Supervise progress of design delivery and identify need for technical risk assessments.
• Contribute to Business Planning and Business Development activities; support targeted recruitment and undertake a line management role.

• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered with a relevant professional institution (or equivalent).
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary projects within Ports, Coastal or Offshore environments.
• Familiarity with industry codes & standards.
• Strong communication, team working and problem‑solving skills.
