Residential Valuations Surveyor - remote role in Liverpool. £65000 plus car and bonus

A new opportunity for a residential valuations surveyor to be based in Liverpool. You will be joining an ambitious privately owned surveying company specialising in Residential Surveys. They are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic surveyors to join our expanding team.

They believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of the company. They work together closely as a team, supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying. You will deliver predominantly level 2 and level 3 home surveys in addition to valuation surveys.

This is a unique opportunity open to ambitious Assoc

RICS or MRICS surveyors who want direct input into a successful future.
The successful candidate can be guaranteed:

The successful candidate should have:
  • RICS membership (either Assoc

    RICS, MRICS or FRICS)
  • Minimum of 1 year post RICS qualification experience or a recent Sava Graduate
  • Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member.
  • Technical expertise in residential surveying
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience using iPads and apps
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good attention to detail.
Both full-time and part-time positions will be considered.
