Position: Financial Analyst / Commercial Analyst

Salary: £60k - 70k per year + Bonus and hybrid working

Resourcery Group are working with a brilliant globally recognized brand as they look to hire a new Commercial Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's recent success stories as they embark on their next phase of growth. If you are a Commercial Finance Manager with a passion for business portering and using finance to drive business performance then we want to hear from you.

You will work with a dynamic and vibrant team and support a well respected Finance Director and CEO, as the business looks to expand its UK market share. You will possess first class communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. The role combines financial analysis, operational insight and business partnering. You will support commercial decision-making through robust data analysis and reporting, while also taking ownership of improvement initiatives.

Key Respnsibilities

  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver timely reports and dashboards to inform commercial and operational decisions.
  • Lead scenario modelling, margin analysis, pricing reviews, and investment appraisals.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven insights and financial analysis.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operations and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to align business goals.
  • Identify and deliver process automation opportunities and improvements across reporting and controls.

Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills;
    Power BI or similar data visualisation tools preferred.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Our client has mulitple offices around the UK and this role will be fully remote.
