A growing, values-led financial planning firm is seeking a detail-focused Financial Planning Administrator to join their high-performing team.

This is a key role at the heart of the client experience — not a back-office admin job. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, support advisers and paraplanners, and keep cases progressing with accuracy and care.

• Handling client queries professionally and promptly
• Maintaining accurate client records, valuations, and performance reports
• Coordinating fund switches, transfers, withdrawals, and provider paperwork
• Supporting investment, pension, and estate planning cases
• Producing and dispatching review packs and suitability letters
• Ensuring clean data and well-managed back-office systems
• Liaising with advisers, clients, and providers to keep workflows moving

• 1+ year of IFA administration or financial services experience
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and platform processes
• Confidence using systems such as Intelliflo, FE, or Dynamic Planner
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
