Full-Time Join Yes Care Services and make a real difference in your community! We are recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to support our Aintree branch, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting our care teams. Your Role & Responsibilities:
First Point of Contact Represent Yes Care Services as the first staff member to visit new Service Users, conducting full assessments of tasks and risks Care Planning Develop detailed, person-centered care plans to meet individual needs Team Support Work closely with the office Care Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery Quality Assurance Carry out spot checks, observations, and staff mentoring to uphold the highest care standards Emergency Cover Provide hands-on care when required, covering for emergencies, short-term needs, and staff absences On-Call Support Participate in our out-of-hours rota (1 in 4 weekends & 1 night per weekday)

What Were Looking For :
Experience in the care sector (supervisory experience preferred) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Full UK driving license & access to a vehicle at all times Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills A passion for delivering high-quality community care
