Role Overview

Prowiden Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support care homes in Halton. You will provide person-centred care, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting

* Support residents with mobility and daily living activities

* Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition

* Observe, monitor, and report any changes in residents’ wellbeing

* Follow individual care plans and accurately complete records

* Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment

* Adhere to all safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC regulations

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 6 months UK care home experience

* Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

* Right to Work in the UK

* Mandatory training

* Strong communication skills

* Reliable, professional, and caring attitude
