Domestic Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and organization of a team of domestic staff.
• Arrange cover for absences and untoward incidents; facilitate adjustment of work schedules in light of daily requirements to meet service exigencies and maintain acceptable cleaning standards.
• Ensure all staff are working to trust policies and are properly instructed and trained in the use of standard operating methods, equipment and techniques required to provide a clean and safe environment.

• Experienced supervisor with knowledge and experience of supervising a cleaning service.
• Experience with in healthcare (beneficial).
• Ability to work as part of a large team.
• Flexibility to meet ever-changing service needs.
