Under the supervision ofasenior registered

Psychologistyouwillensure that people whoaccessour services receive high quality care that adheres to best practice and evidence-basedguidelinesimprovingthe psychological well-being ofpeople inour care.

Our model emphasises physical psychological and emotional safety and helps people to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives and in our post holder will workto ensure that psychological perspectives are central will support the empowerment of teams and individuals to increase knowledge skills and professional confidence around the needs of the people who access our services. Through consultancy reflective practice team formulation training and clinical case managementthe post holder will help the wider team create an innovative and effective trauma-informed service.

You willbepart of our national Psychology Team who will provide opportunities for reflective practice peer support research and CPD.

Required Experience

Required Experience: IC

Salary Range (pro rata if part time)

CGL points 47 to 54 (52221.35 - 60105.54)
