Insight Analyst - HR Data

Interim Insight Analyst

6 Month Contract

Liverpool (Hybrid working in the office)

Develop and deliver workforce dashboards aligned to organisational KPIs, People Strategy and statutory reporting, using MHR, Power BI and other analytical tools

Provide clear, actionable workforce insight and bespoke analysis for senior leaders across the organisation

Identify trends, risks and emerging issues, with narrative interpretation and recommendations

Work with HR systems colleagues to automate and enhance workforce analytics capabilities

Act as a subject-matter expert in workforce reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, MHR People Analytics)

Ensure high-quality workforce data through robust assurance processes and audits

Support workforce planning, scenario modelling and predictive analytics

Provide guidance and training to colleagues on dashboards and reports

Support audits, FOIs/DSARs and benchmarking activity
