A national nursing recruitment company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of its Liverpool or Manchester branch. Candidates with temporary recruitment and full 360 recruitment experience are encouraged to apply, even without prior healthcare recruitment experience.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development, client management, and candidate placement
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage clients and candidates

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and business development to successful placements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Develop new client partnerships through targeted business strategies
• Mentor junior team members, supporting branch growth and success
• Consistently achieve or exceed performance targets

• Work with a nationally recognized nursing recruitment company
• Clear career progression to Branch Manager
