DevOps Lead – Dynamics 365 CE Transformation

We’re looking for a Dev Ops Lead to own the end‑to‑end delivery pipeline of a major D365 CE programme. Think automation, governance, and reliability, you’ll be the bridge between development, operations, and delivery, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

• Design and implement CI / CD pipelines for D365 CE & Power Platform
• Keep environments (dev, test, UAT, prod) running smoothly
• Automate deployments with Azure Dev Ops
• Drive release management, monitoring, and best practice across the programme
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and PMs to turn technical detail into delivery impact

• Proven experience in Dev Ops in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform projects
• Deep Azure Dev Ops expertise (pipelines, repos, boards, releases)
• Hands‑on CI / CD automation for solutions, plug‑ins & custom code
• Strong grasp of ALM, environment strategy & Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Insights)
• Infrastructure as code know‑how (ARM, Terraform, Bicep)
• Problem‑solver with top‑tier communication skills
