The RoleAs our Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading client accounts across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok. You’ll manage everything from campaign builds and optimisations to reporting, creative strategy and client communications. Working closely with our founder and creative team, you’ll bring new ideas to life, drive performance and push boundaries in an ever‑changing digital ad landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Ad Account Management: Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering updates, insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Creative Direction: Brief and collaborate with content creators and in‑house designers to produce thumb‑stopping ad creatives.
- Data Analysis: Track, report and act on key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.), spotting patterns and opportunities quickly.
- Strategy & Ideation: Proactively generate campaign concepts, new ad angles, hooks, offers and test plans.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement data‑backed solutions.
- Stay Ahead: Keep on top of platform changes, best practices and competitive trends, bringing fresh insights to the team.
- Experience: 2+ years in a paid social role (agency‑side preferred), with hands‑on experience managing budgets and scaling ad accounts.
- Platform Mastery: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager. Bonus if you have Google or UGC briefing experience.
- Creative Eye: Strong understanding of ad creative – what works, what doesn’t, and why.
- Analytical Thinking: Confident using data to inform decisions, with experience using tools like GA4, Looker Studio or native reporting dashboards.
- Client‑Facing Confidence: Professional, articulate and comfortable handling clients directly even under pressure.
- Organisation: Able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and tasks without losing focus.
- Initiative: You don’t wait for direction; you bring proactive ideas and energy to every account.
- Experience in fashion, wellness, food or supplements sectors.
- Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and influencer/UGC workflows.
- Proven success managing budgets from £5k to £500k+/month.
- Creative testing frameworks (e.g. hook testing, offer testing, etc.).
- £30,000‑35,000 salary based on experience with performance‑related bonuses.
- Flexible working – up to 2 days per week WFH.

Salary: £30,000‑35,000, based on experience + performance related bonuses
