Cyber Security Training Coordinator - SC Cleared
Join a vital initiative to strengthen cybersecurity awareness for one of our clients as a Cyber Security Training Coordinator. If you possess a passion for educating teams on cyber threats and fostering a security‑conscious culture within critical national infrastructure, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. You will assist the design and delivery of engaging training programs, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies that support the organization’s compliance and bolster its cyber resilience.
What You’ll Do:- Support in the Development and delivery of comprehensive cyber security e-learning modules accessible to all staff, including contractors, covering key topics like password security, phishing, and safe online practices, with role‑specific content as needed.
- Help organize and facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, and seminars led by cyber security experts to educate employees about emerging threats and best practices.
- Work on targeted awareness campaigns to promote cyber security topics, ensuring messaging reaches all organisational levels and hard‑to‑engage groups.
- Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to effectively communicate policies, guidelines, and procedures, reinforcing a security‑first culture.
- Drive engagement initiatives to encourage active participation in cyber security discussions and continuous feedback collection.
- Keep the organization informed of evolving cyber threats and safety advice through regular updates via various communication channels.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering cyber security and security awareness initiatives within critical or national infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience in implementing cyber security learning programs, particularly within government or similarly regulated sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Skills:
- Cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in creating engaging campaigns or content that foster behavioural change.
- Knowledge of physical security communication strategies.
- SC Clearance is mandatory for this role.
- Willingness to work across various locations and participate in organizational events and initiatives.
