Digital Programme Manager

Location: Hybrid, North West (2 days/week in the office)

Length: 6 months (initially)

We’re looking for a Programme Manager for a large scale digital transformation programme in 2026, someone who has delivered multiple large scale digital solutions across Customer Experience, Mar Tech, web & mobile apps. You’ll lead delivery managers, product squads, and front‑end teams, bringing clarity, pace, and focus to multiple streams of work.

Your mission:

• Lead delivery managers across Mar Tech, web, and mobile app projects, as well as digital customer experience squads.
• Deliver products that improve the customer journey across web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
• Act as the strategic link between senior stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage vendor delivery (engineers, QA, and other partners) to keep teams moving fast.
• Champion clarity, pragmatism, and results‑focused leadership.

You should have:

• Proven experience managing portfolios or programmes across Mar Tech, CRM, and customer‑facing technology.
• Delivered products that enhanced the customer journey in digital environments.
• Experience working in large, matrix‑style organisations or fast‑moving digital businesses.
• Strong understanding of Mar Tech tools: CDPs, CRM platforms, CMS, marketing automation, and front‑end delivery.
• A commercial mindset linking delivery to business outcomes.
• Leadership style that inspires teams while driving delivery at pace.
