Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our extra care facilities for the elderly. You will be part of our Facilities Management Cleaning Teams based in Liverpool.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

In this role you will perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste management and ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

• Monday to Wednesday - 9:00am to 2:30pm
• Thursday - 9:00am to 1:30pm
• Friday - 9:00am to 12:30pm

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping hard surfaces and picking litter from soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.
