CARETAKER – LIVERPOOL – £27K

£27,000 salary
• 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
• 28 days annual leave

One Property Recruitment is seeking a caretaker for a student accommodation building in Liverpool. The building consists of 399 flats. You will be based on-site and supported by an experienced building manager.

• Carry out minor repairs (e.g., fixing doors, changing light bulbs, unblocking drains)
• Report major issues to contractors or management
• Clean communal areas, outdoor spaces, or facilities
• Ensure fire alarms and safety equipment are in working order
• Take deliveries
• Manage stock of cleaning or maintenance supplies

• 2+ years caretaker experience
• Meticulous organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills

• £27,000 salary
• Full-time, 9am–5pm Monday to Friday
• 28 days annual leave
