• Location: Liverpool Hospice
• Contract: Fixed‑term, Full‑time (12 months)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00‑16:00
• Salary: £24,937 – £26,598 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits

Deliver effective maintenance and portering services to ensure the hospice environment is safe, functional and welcoming for patients, staff and visitors.

• Relevant recent experience or a Level 2 City & Guilds qualification.
• Recent experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of technological advances in building management and maintenance systems.
• Understanding of COSHH regulations and basic health & safety.
• Ability to foster good teamwork, prioritise work and solve problems creatively.
• UK driving licence and a vehicle with business insurance.
