A national nursing recruitment company is seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to lead their established branches in Liverpool or Manchester. Candidates with a background in temporary recruitment are encouraged to apply, even without prior healthcare recruitment experience.

• Proven track record in temporary recruitment and branch management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team of 2 Recruitment Consultants
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify growth opportunities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed branch targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Drive business development to grow the client base and secure new contracts
• Mentor and support the team, providing training and development to maximise performance
• Monitor and manage branch performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards
