Audit Manager job opportunity for a regional firm in their growing Liverpool office Your new firm A leading North West firm of Chartered Accountants who have experienced double digit growth for consecutive years are looking to recruit a positive and diligent Audit Manager to join their growing team in their Liverpool office. This firm work with inquisitive and growing businesses across the UK and internationally and offer client exposure which rivals the Top 10.

This is an excellent job opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a dynamic firm in a role offering excellent career prospects. Your new role As an Audit Manager, you will lead and manage onsite audits for the firm for clients throughout the Merseyside region. You will own a varied portfolio of audit clients including growing OMBs, international businesses, PE backed businesses across a range of industries for which you will lead and oversee audit assignments, coordinating clients, reviewing files and ensuring all billing targets and budgets are adhered to.

Reporting directly into the Audit Partner you will take a lead in driving the office culture and developing the audit team. You will take an active role in developing the firm's Liverpool presence which will include networking and supporting on client pitches. The firm are part of a wider national group so there are a multitude of progression opportunities available.

What you'll need to succeed The partners are seeking an ACA / ACCA qualified Chartered Accountant who has at least 18 months PQE with experience managing a portfolio of clients. You must be able to demonstrate experience operating in an audit weighted role working with a broad client base. As a manager the firm are seeking a strong communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
