Electrical Shift Lead

Position: Electrical Shift Lead (Permanent)

This role is working in a brand new state of the art paper converting facility, with exciting plans for rapid expansion in the near future

Job Overview
-Leading a multidisciplinary team of operators.
-Operating equipment to the required standards while achieving set production targets.
-Performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including tissue converting machinery, packaging equipment, and ancillary systems.
-Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults, implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
-Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
-Collaborating with production teams to minimise downtime and address issues, while documenting maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
-Assisting with new equipment installations and managing contractor relationships.
-Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and developing maintenance procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
-Performing basic production operator tasks as required.

Salary - £55500
Shift - 3 on, 3 off days and nights (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
Location - Huyton
