Production Operative Positions - Liverpool

We are seeking Production Operatives on multiple shifts, day and night only for our Production Team. The ideal candidates will have very good attention to detail and will be keen to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Full training will be provided for the role required.

• Management of safe systems of work in line with statutory regulations
• Support the driving Zero Lost Time culture within Operations (raising safety tags)
• Participate in Gemba Safety tours
• Maintain safe working following risk assessments
• Ensure that PPE is worn at all times

• Report any potential NCR/SNCR with the mindset of Stop, Call, Wait
• Maintain the highest levels of Good Hygiene Practice
• Ensure Good Document Practice is executed on all batch documentation
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices by following SOPs

• Operation of full spray drier processes within both plants
• Utility equipment
• Feed prep system
• Ultrafiltration system
• Heat carbon treatment system
• Spray drier and associated system
• Packing of product and storage
• End of Campaign cleaning
• Troubleshooting and fault finding on plant processes and equipment
• Maintain and improve 6s standards
• Be proactive in generating ideas for continuous improvement (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)
• Update and deliver an overview of daily performance to the team leader
• Escalate issues to team leader when unsolved

• Keep personal training records up to date
• Be available to support the plant due to absence levels across shifts

• Be proactive in creating a LEAN culture of world-class practices
