Terminal Team Leader – World Kinect

Position Location: Liverpool (Huskisson Dock)

• Manage terminal operations: product receipt, storage, blending, and discharge.
• Lead and supervise terminal teams; ensure production targets and safety compliance.
• Issue permits, conduct risk assessments, and oversee health, safety and security.
• Coordinate customer orders and daily work schedules.
• Maintain accurate stock records and operational documentation.
• Mentor staff and support training, first aid, and fire warden duties.
• Monitor KPIs and report on terminal performance.
• Assist with engineering tasks, housekeeping, and drive terminal vehicles/equipment.

• Demonstrate strong supervisory skill.
• Experience controlling work schedules.
• Experience controlling teams of people.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel spreadsheets.
• Experienced in mentoring and training of others.
• Numerate ability – able to calculate percentage blends.
• Willing to work within a shift pattern and flexible on working hours.
• Health & Safety Leader – experience of working to strict Health & Safety procedures and implementing Health and Safety practices.
• Must be comfortable working at heights in excess of 16 metres (tank tops).
• Strong team player but works equally well self‑motivated.
• Have own transport.

• Experience in ship‑to‑shore operations (COG: chemical oil & gas).
• Understanding of basic engineering principles.
• FLT Driver.
• First Aider and/or Fire Warden.
