Could you be our next creative Marketing Executive?

New year. New role. New chance to make your mark.

If you enjoy designing great-looking content but also want a seat at the table when campaigns are planned, tested and improved, this could be your next move.

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Executive who can think visually, write confidently, and work collaboratively across the business to bring campaigns to life. Yes, you’ll design. But you’ll also shape content, manage social channels, analyse what’s working, and help keep our brand consistent, relevant and growing.

Based in our bids and marketing office in Clock Tower Park (L10 1LD
), you’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Intern to deliver multi‑channel marketing activity that supports our clients, candidates and internal teams. Day to day, you’ll partner with colleagues across the business, understanding their needs, translating them into creative solutions, and making sure campaigns land on time and on brand.

This is a hands‑on role with real variety, real responsibility and plenty of room to develop.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Experience in a marketing related role or marketing related degree with examples of previous work you can share.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and platforms (preferred but not essential – we’re here to help you grow)
    • Canva / Adobe Creative Suites
    • Website CMS (full training provided)
    • B2B marketing platforms such as Spotler
  • A working knowledge of social media and digital marketing
  • Confidence in communicating with colleagues across the business, external suppliers, and occasionally clients.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn business needs into creative output.
  • Strong IT skills, organisational and prioritisation skills, and great attention to detail.
  • An analytic mindset – spot trends and use insight to inform marketing decisions.
  • A self‑motivated team player who is eager to learn, develop, and contribute.
What you’ll be getting stuck into

With support from the wider team, you’ll:

  • Uphold our brand guidelines and consistency, producing high‑quality content, both visual and written, that strengthens our brand identity and helps us stand out from the crowd.
  • Bring fresh ideas to our social media activity, creating engaging content for both client and candidate audiences and managing all channels, including paid and organic campaigns.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Executive in delivering our multi‑channel annual marketing strategy, using data and insight to measure success and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with our operational recruitment teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective marketing solutions.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating our divisional websites, ensuring content is current, relevant and on brand.
  • Keep up to date with industry news and market trends across each division to ensure all material produced remains timely and relevant.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure all marketing collateral is up to date and aligned with divisional needs.
  • Support the development and day‑to‑day guidance of our Marketing Intern.
  • Work alongside the bid team to plan, design and produce business literature and leaflets, keeping budgets and associated costs in mind.
  • Get involved in ad hoc projects and support the wider business as required.
A bit about you

You’ll probably recognise yourself if you’re:

  • A bright, enthusiastic marketer with graduate-level (or equivalent) experience.
  • Naturally creative, full of ideas and keen to see them through from concept to delivery.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • Approachable, collaborative and confident working with people at all levels.
  • Curious about marketing trends and always looking for ways to improve what you do.
