Marketing Analyst – Liverpool (Hybrid)

We are a leading data‑driven marketing agency looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team two days per week (Monday & Tuesday). This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and analytics, enabling clients to make insight‑driven decisions that boost performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse paid advertising performance and provide actionable insights
• Build and analyse microsites targeted at specific audiences
• Conduct channel analysis to optimise marketing spend and performance
• Measure campaign effectiveness and identify what resonates best with different audiences
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Skills & experience required:

• Strong experience with SQL and Power BI (flexibility with other visualisation tools)
• Comfortable working with marketing data across email, social, and paid campaigns
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Salary: up to £45,000.
