You’ll join the leadership team and work closely with sales, shaping how the business shows up in the market and how marketing directly supports revenue.

What you’ll be responsible for Commercial marketing leadership- Define and evolve the marketing direction to support growth targets
- Represent marketing at leadership level, influencing go‑to‑market decisions
- Simplify and communicate complex solutions in a way buyers understand
- Create focus, structure, and quality standards across all marketing activity
- Lead and mentor a developing marketing team
- Raise skills across demand generation, content, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Introduce stronger planning, prioritisation, and review rhythmsI
- Stay hands‑on where needed, always with a coaching mindset
- Deliver demand generation across digital channels, content, SEO, email, events, ABM, and partnerships
- Own the website, brand narrative, and content direction
- Work in close partnership with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline flow
- Manage external agencies and suppliers with clear outcomes and accountability
- Build trusted relationships across sales, payroll, operations, and leadership
- Ensure marketing activity aligns tightly with commercial objectives
- Track and communicate results clearly — from activity through to pipeline impact
- Proven experience as Head of B2B Marketing within EOR, payroll, employment services, MSP, HR tech, or a similar compliance‑led sector
- Comfortable owning strategy while remaining close to delivery
- Proven ability to generate demand and support revenue growth
Experience managing and developing people - Strong commercial instincts — pipeline, conversion rates, ROI matter to you
