We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work within our busy theatres complex covering a wide range of specialties, including Urology, Breast and Endocrine, Renal Transplant, Upper GI, Colorectal, HPB Surgery, Liver, Ophthalmology and interventional radiology.

• Safely admit patients and discharge them to destinations such as the Theatre Admissions Unit, hospital wards, and critical care.
• Coordinate a busy 24/7 recovery area, ensuring efficient patient flow and communication with theatres.
• Facilitate education and training programmes for staff, providing experienced support and guidance.
• Support the Theatre Admissions Unit during staff shortages.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day running of the unit, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

• 37.5 hours per week inclusive of weekends, nights and one 21:30 finish per week.
• Flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service.
• Variety of shift patterns including out‑of‑hour services to support a 24/7 recovery operation.
