Dream Medical are currently looking for TWO Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join a friendly team based in Huyton.

We use the EMIS Web clinical system and have a practice population of just over 8500 patients. The Practice team consists of 3 GP partners and 1 salaried GP, 1 ANP, 1 practice nurse and 3 HCA s. The practice is committed to personal development and one of our HCA s is currently training to be an Assistant Practitioner. We are also a training practice.

As an ANP, you will provide first point of contact within the Practice for patients presenting with acute or undiagnosed problems and will be responsible for daily acute visits as well as taking a leading role in care plan management at our local care home. You will be fully supported by our GP s and ANP but will be expected to work autonomously and be accountable for your decisions.

The successful candidate will have an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification at degree level, BSc or Masters and be a non-medical prescriber.

We further anticipate that the successful candidates will have experience of working in General Practice and a proven record of personal development. Knowledge of long term conditions is essential and you will be expected to cover practice nurse workload during annual leave.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (FTE, DOE)

Hours:

Full-time (40 hours) and part-time....

Dream represents a busy and very friendly practice in Oxfordshire, looking for full time agency support.

On site only Monday
- Friday; minimum 37.5 hours per week
