As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the service runs like clockwork. You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
  • Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
